We enjoy a good laugh and some friendly competition and believe our readers do too. This section will allow us to add a bit of interactivity, humor and spirited jousting into our site. Here is what you can do to help make this fun:

IMPOSSIBLE REPAIR CONTEST

Each month we will accept reader submissions as to what they think might be an impossible repair. Entries need to be wood furniture items. We will post the pictures and allow our web surfing friends to vote on what they think looks like the most impossible repair submitted that month. We will then offer to try to repair that impossible project. If we succeed, the owner of that furniture item will receive a huge 25% discount on the work it took to complete it. If we fail trying, the customer will pay nothing for our valiant attempt. In either case, we will post the results of our effort on this site. If the winner prefers to have their belief that the item cannot be repaired left undisturbed, they need not accept our offer to attempt the repair.

BIZARRE OR JUST PLAIN ODD FURNITURE

Every now and then we have furniture items come in that had previously been unimaginable or at least a rare specimen. When these come in we will post them here for your amazement. However, we would also enjoy seeing the out of the ordinary piece you have access to. If you do submit a photo, we will post your first name, first initial of your last name and your city along with the photograph.

STUMP (OR HUMOR) THE RESTORER

We are entertained by riddles, conundrums and questions requiring synaptic scrambling. See what you can do to stump us. Email your effort to baffle and bemuse. When we think we have the answer we will email you our answer, but before posting it here, we will give our readers a chance to match their wits against yours as well. On the other hand, if you simply have some furniture related humor that you think would give us a good chuckle, send it along. We will pass along any good ones we receive.
